David was born and raised on the North Shore and has lived in either North or West Vancouver his entire life. He currently resides in Horseshoe Bay with his wife and 2 children. A career in Real Estate was a natural progression for him and frankly a family business, as both his Grandfather and Mother were both Realtors and his Brother is a successful Realtor. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty in West Vancouver, David had a successful business development career in the green energy sector. He honed and perfected his negotiation skills in this industry and was responsible for acquiring numerous long-term contracts with some of North America’s largest power companies. David started working with Jason 8 years ago and assists in facilitating our clients through all aspects of the buying and selling process.

Tammy originally started her work career in property management but then shifted her focus into the medical field where she obtained a diploma in Radiology from BCIT and worked in the medical field for nearly 20 years. It was through these years of service and dedication of helping people that she honed a keen attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional client care. Her desire to help people and make them feel at ease during stressful situations is a true benefit to all her real estate clients. She is looking forward to transitioning her compassion and dedication for client care into real estate.

Tammy has had the pleasure of living in West Vancouver for over 30 years now, and has raised three beautiful daughters while guiding them through sports, friendships and the school system. Having managed a busy household, she understands how to run a home efficiently and offers insights into design and functionality which will aid clients in their home buying journey.

Tammy, together with her husband Jason, have been buying and selling real estate for nearly 25 years where she has gained a vast amount of knowledge in effective negotiation with positive outcomes, which she is excited to share with her clients. Her extensive experience managing significant renovations over the years will also help clients identify promising projects and navigate the renovation process. Over the past few years she has also been staging and preparing homes to be market ready, which she greatly enjoys and is quite passionate about!

When not assisting clients, Tammy loves to spend time with her family and friends, and exploring her local community. She is also a proud member of Hollyburn Country Club, where she enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.

Tish has been in the Real Estate industry for the past 30 years. The last 13 years as executive assistant to Jason Jennings Personal Real Estate Corporation.  Tish expertly handles all facets of client care and back-end procedures. From listing paperwork, contracts and marketing materials, Tish excels at making sure our business operations are running flawlessly. She also keeps our clients fully up to date during the buying and selling process. Tish is an avid reader, and when not in our office (which she usually is) she'll likely be reading or spending time in Ambleside where she lives.
